By Tomas Lauvland Pettersen Posted: 06. Feb, 2015

Leif Ove Andsnes crowns Beethoven Journey, Todd Terje releases new remixes and news from the by:Larm and Nordic Music Prize camps – it’s the Music Norway’s Week in Review.

Andsnes crowns final leg of Beethoven Journey

Late Feb sees celebrated pianies Leif Ove Andsnes returning to the U.S. to crown the final leg of his epic ‘Beethoven Journey’ which has seen him touring the world and releasing a string of acclaimed albums since the project’s 2011 launch. On Feb 23 & 25, Andsnes is in for a Carnegie Residency. He is also slated to perform on Feb 22nd as part of Boston’s Celebrity Series.

New Todd Terje remixes

Todd Terje is not resting on his laurels following his recent EBBA award bonanza. Earlier this week, the producer maestro released two much-welcomed remixes of ‘Leisure Suit Preben’ from his hugely successful 2014 record It’s Album Time. I:Cube and Prins Thomas provide some much-needed hints of summer through masterful reworks of Todd Terje’s album classics.
