With ex-members from such notable Norwegian acts as Amulet, Infidels Forever, JR Ewing and Silver, Wolves Like Us have emerged as one of the Oslo rock scene’s most vital exponents.
Drawing on influence from artists such as Quicksand, Swervedriver, Hüsker Dü, Leatherface, Hot Water Music and the Afghan Whigs, Wolves Like Us operate in traditional territory but still manage to infuse the genre with vitality.
Wolves Like Us signed with Prosthetic Records at the start of 2011 and immediately began recording ‘Late Love’ in Oslo with Ruben Willem (Haust / Caliban Studios). Wolves Like Us then embarked upon a European tour in July with reformed San Diego hardcore legends, Swing Kids, played the main stage at 2011 Øya Festival in Norway before heading back out on a second European tour with Kvelertak in the Autumn of 2011.
Wolves Like Us’ latest release is 204’s ‘Black Soul Choir’ out now on Prosthetic.
