Eurosonic is the most important showcase arena for the European music industry. For a number of years, Music Norway has been an active participant in the arena together with the music industry from Norway and the rest of Europe.

The showcase festival consists of panels, networking events and of course concerts, and Music Norway wants to facilitate the presence of professional Norwegian industry players in this important arena.
Eurosonic has an impressive track record of new acts they have helped break through on the international live music scene. The showcase event has kick-started the international careers of artists such as Girl in Red, Shame, Her, Alma, Roosevelt, Aurora, Dua Lipa and many more. This has been done both by offering them a stage during Eurosonic, but also by supporting them afterwards through their European Talent Exchange Program (ETEP).
