Northern Connection 2023

Northern Connection is a collaborative project initiated by Music Finland, the Scottish Music Center and Music Norway.

Finland, Scotland and Norway have come together to strengthen cooperation across the respective countries, where the export offices, festivals, composers and ensembles are involved. Together, three works have been commissioned from three composers who get to write for an ensemble from one of the other countries and the work will be performed at one of the participating festivals during 2023.
