Magnus August Høiberg AKA Cashmere Cat is nominated for Best R&B Song

Magnus August Høiberg aka Cashmere Cat is nominated for Best R&B Song as a writer on “Luv” performed by Tory Lanez.

Mikkel S. Eriksen and Tor Erik Hermansen are nominated for Best Song Written For Visual Media for with “Try Everything” performed by Shakira for Disney’s Zootopia.

Morten Lindberg gets impressive four nominations in three categories. Lindberg is nominated twice in Best Surround Sound Album, for his work as surround mastering engineer on “Maja S.K. Ratkje: And Sing …” and “Reflections”.

Lindberg is also nominated as engineer on “Reflections” in Best Engineered Album, Classical.

There are two Norwegian nominations in Best Choral PerformanceElisabeth Holte is nominated for her work as conductor on “Himmelrand” and Edward Gardner as conductor and Håkon Matti Skrede as chorus master on “Janáček: Glagolitic Mass”.

Øyvind Gimse, Geir Inge Lotsberg and Trondheimsolistene are nominated for “Reflections” in Best Chamber Music/Small Ensemble Performance.

And last but not least: Justin Bieber’s “Purpose” is nominated for Album Of The Year where Axident produced “Company”, the album’s fourth single. In this category all writers and producers on the winning album are recognized.
