Årabrot tops The Quietus’ best album of the year ranking

6 Norwegian albums makes the prestigous list of the 100 best albums of the year so far in 2016

The influential music site The Quietus have released their list of the 100 best albums released so far in 2016. At #1 we find Årabrot’s The Gospel released on Fysisk Format. The Gospel is the band’s 10. release. In their review of the album back in February, The Quietus’ Noel Gardner wrote: The Gospel deserves to be heard on a far wider scale than anything they’ve previously released.

The rest of the list showcases a strong 2016 for Norwegian releases so far. 6 albums appears on the list:
