Norwegian Hajk to this season’s last Ja Ja Ja club night in London

By Johanna Alem Posted: 27. Nov, 2017

This season of Ja Ja Ja is coming to an end, but will go out with a bang. Ja Ja Ja teams up with Rockfeedback for the final show of the year.

Rockfeedback has since their startup in 2000 developed into becoming one of UK’s fastest growing independent live promotions and event companies. Together with Ja Ja Ja, they’re now presenting Danish Nelson Can, Swedish Albert Af Ekenstam and Hajk from Norway.

The show will go down at The Lexington in London this Thursday November 30th!

Hajk had great success with early Norwegian radio listing of their first song «Common Sense», as well as receiving positive critique by international media of their album «Magazine». Noisey US picked up the single straight away, which blazed the trail for the band in the US. Indie Shuffle did the same in England, and Sweden also liked Hajk’s consistent pop music, with Svenska Dagbladet calling «Magazine» one of the best new songs of the autumn 2017. The band is influenced by artists such as Dirty Projectors, Unknown Mortal Orchestra and Amason, but has still managed to stay firm on their own feet, with an original sound that challenges the genre they belong to.
