Pål is Music Norways head of grants and funds. He advises applicants on guidelines and requirements for applying for travel grants, marketing grants and organizer grants. He presents and promotes the grant schemes at professional gatherings in and outside Music Norway, and reports to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Pål also oversees Music Norways metal related activities. Pål has an education in IT and communication and is involved in the development of digital platforms and search portals.
