Renate Eggan

Renate Eggan stepped into the music business back in 2010, working her way up through volunteering and taking the opportunities that came along while studying Music Management. Since then she’s been taking on new challenges in the music industry on a regular basis, both in organizations and festivals. She is a project leader with a broad spectre of skills, working for event- and festival company Eventselskapet, concert venue Byscenen, leading one of the worlds largest songwriting camps Song:Expo and paying forward her experience and skills to others through her role as Project- and communication coordinator at Tempo.

Her latest and possibly largest accomplishment was pulling of Trondheim Song:Expo digital version in 2020, gathering over 200 songwriters from 6 continents and 22 countries in 50 digital studios, making music quite literally across the globe.
