Søndag 21. mars blir det et internasjonalt delegatprogram i forbindelse med Borealis - festival for eksperimentell musikk i Bergen.
En hel dag under årets festival blir viet til internasjonalt delegatprogram der norske og internasjonale gjester skal møtes digitalt og oppleve deler av festivalen sammen.
